It says on the bottom she was charged with three counts of drink driving and disq driving. This means that on all three times she was charged with drink driving which means she was arrested all three times. On the first time she would have been released and then caught again. She was then caught third time which meant she was kept in custody. The Disq drive would have been from when being released on the first occassion her licence would have been suspended. You cannot just charge someone from the road side breath test so who ever wrote this story has no idea what they are talking about or is just spinning bullshit. You do the crime take it like a man and just do the time, no one likes a whinger

Can’t be true…no cop anywhere would take on the responsibility or liability for letting someone drive off with a .15 she goes and kills someone and that’s all on the cops too.
