Craig S.McCullough, 47, was arrested under charges of public exposure, after government agent found him in an office building restroom lying next to inflatable, anatomic doll with his pants down!
Police arrested the guy and took him to the Linn County jail.
Police spokeswoman Cristy Hamblin said that his arraignment was scheduled later Friday!
But that was not the only problem in this story!
Another agency has an warrant against this “Troubled” soul!
McCullough was convicted for burglarizing Just For Me boutique in 2004.
Police officers found McCullough in a nearby alley shortly after the burglary, carrying a mannequin wearing a bridal dress!
